Responsibilities
- Prepare pleadings, motions, briefs and conference notes
- Conduct depositions and handle court appearances
- Provide counsel to insurance claims departments
- Manage litigation caseload
- Conduct discovery research, analyze and summarize legal documents
Requirements
- 2+ years civil litigation experience
- JD degree
- Active member in good standing with the Tennessee bar
- Excellent writing, communication, and research skills
