Description
Attorney — Probate & Estate Matters With Litigation Experience
Colorado Estate Planning Law Center | Arvada, Colorado
Salary: $95,000–$110,000 annually, depending on qualifications and experience
Love practicing law, but wish you had more time to enjoy your life?
We believe it is possible to be a dedicated, successful attorney and still have a fulfilling life outside the office.
Colorado Estate Planning Law Center is an established, growing law firm in Arvada seeking an attorney with at least three years of litigation experience to join our probate and estate administration practice.
We are looking for someone who enjoys the intellectual challenges of litigation, appreciates working directly with clients, and wants to build a rewarding long-term career in a supportive, collegial environment.
You do not need probate experience. If you have a strong litigation background, good judgment, and an interest in this area of law, we can help you develop the specialized knowledge.
What makes our firm different?
We have intentionally built a law firm where doing excellent legal work and enjoying your personal life are not mutually exclusive.
We believe in:
Work-life balance that matters. We value efficiency, sound judgment, and excellent client service—not the number of evenings or weekends someone spends working.
A supportive, low-drama culture. We work collaboratively, treat one another with respect, and genuinely enjoy our colleagues.
Practicing law rather than chasing clients. We have an established client base and marketing program. You won't be expected to generate your own book of business.
Autonomy with support. We want attorneys who exercise independent judgment and take ownership of their matters, while knowing they have experienced colleagues and staff to rely on.
Continual improvement. We welcome ideas, embrace useful technology, and encourage team members to help us improve our systems and client experience.
Meaningful work. Our clients often come to us at pivotal and sometimes difficult moments in their lives. The work we do makes a genuine difference to them and their families.
The position
Our probate practice handles both contested and uncontested matters, including estate and trust administration, fiduciary disputes, guardianships, conservatorships, and related litigation.
Compensation and benefits
Annual base salary of $95,000–$110,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
Opportunities for compensation growth as responsibilities, proficiency, and contributions increase.
Retirement plan with a 3% employer contribution or match, subject to plan terms.
Health reimbursement benefits through the firm's QSEHRA, subject to eligibility and plan terms.
Paid time off and paid holidays in accordance with firm policies.
A supportive team, professional development opportunities, and a workplace that respects your time outside the office.
Some opportunities for hybrid work environment dependent on calendar and firm needs.
Interested?
We would love to hear from an experienced litigator who is interested in meaningful work, professional growth, and a law firm that values its people as much as its clients.
