Founded in 1996, Berger & Williams, LLP represents employees and employers across California from our office in San Diego. We are seeking an experienced employment attorney to work on interesting and complex matters in all phases of California employment litigation in court and arbitration, as well as client counseling. We offer a base salary in the range of $175,000-$250,000 depending on experience and various bonus models designed to increase potential income. We provide paid time off, medical, dental, vision, and other insurance, and a 401k program. We also have reliable, long term support staff in a healthy work environment.
